Please read these terms and conditions in full before registering on the bitbet platform. This document sets out all guidelines relating to membership, account management, bonuses, payments and user conduct.

1.1 Definitions
The terms used in this document have the following meanings:
- "Platform" means the bitbet website, mobile application and related services.
- "User" or "Member" means any person who operates a registered account on bitbet.
- "Account" means a user's personal registered profile on the bitbet platform.
- "Bet" means participation by placing money in sports betting, casino games or any other game.
- "Bonus" means any promotional reward or additional credit provided by bitbet.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
1.2 Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all services on the bitbet platform. Acceptance of these terms is mandatory before participating in sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and all other sections. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or games and will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility to Register
To open an account on bitbet, a user must meet the following conditions:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a validly verifiable identity document.
- Must reside in an area where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- A person may operate only one account.
- Employees of the company or their close relatives may not become members.
2.2 Registration Process
During registration, the user must provide their correct name, mobile number, email address and date of birth. The mobile number must be confirmed via OTP verification. If an account is opened with false information, bitbet reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time and the balance may be forfeited.
Age Verification
3.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate in any game or betting activity on bitbet. Persons under 21 are not permitted to use the platform, and doing so constitutes a direct violation of this condition.
3.2 Identity Verification Process
bitbet may request a valid identity document (National ID, passport or driving licence) from a user at any time, particularly during withdrawal processing. If the required documents are not provided, account activity may be restricted.
Account Security
4.1 User Responsibilities
Each account is entirely personal and non-transferable. The member is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — secure. Sharing a password with anyone else or allowing a third party to use the account is prohibited.
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers.
- If you log in from someone else's device, always log out when the session ends.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify support immediately.
- The user is responsible for any information leaked through phishing emails or fake links.
4.2 Third-Party Access
Account management or placing bets by any third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on the bitbet platform is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (bank transfer includes major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Funds are added to the account almost instantly after a successful deposit.
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. To withdraw, the user must submit a request through the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. All withdrawal requests are approved after verification.
- While a withdrawal request is being processed, another cannot be submitted at the same time.
- Withdrawal requests will not be accepted if bonus wagering has not been completed.
- It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal payment methods be the same.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
5.3 Unusual Transactions
bitbet monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering. Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and processing may be delayed.
Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
6.2 General Terms for Other Promotions
All promotional offers from bitbet are subject to specific terms. The claim deadline and wagering completion deadline for each bonus are stated in the relevant offer details. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly permits it.
- A bonus may only be usable in designated game categories.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed.
- bitbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
- In the event of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims, the bonus will be forfeited.
Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Validity
Every bet placed on the platform is considered final once confirmation is given. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded to the account. bitbet's decision on the settlement of results is final and binding.
7.2 Special Rules for Sports Betting
If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet amount will be refunded. If the designated overs or halves are not completed in a cricket or football match, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned. Rules applicable in the event of a tie or draw will be stated in the description of each market.
7.3 Maximum Winnings Limit
bitbet reserves the right to set a maximum winnings limit for each event or game. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out. The relevant limit will be stated in the game or market description.
Prohibited Activities
8.1 Strictly Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are entirely prohibited on the bitbet platform and, if detected, will result in permanent account closure:
- Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Managing bets through automated software, bots or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering or placing bets using funds from illegal sources.
- Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
- Placing bets on behalf of another person under your account name.
- Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack against the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 bitbet's Rights
bitbet may suspend or permanently close an account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of terms and conditions.
- Participation in prohibited activities.
- Failure to complete identity or information verification.
- Extended account inactivity.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
9.2 User Request to Close Account
If a user wishes to close their own account, they may inform the support team via live chat or email. All outstanding bets will be settled before the account is closed, and the remaining balance will be returned subject to wagering conditions being met.
Responsible Gaming
10.1 Commitment to Informed Play
bitbet believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We always encourage users to play in an informed and controlled manner. Read our responsible gaming guidelines and use the self-limitation tools if needed.
10.2 Self-Exclusion Feature
If any member feels that their gaming habits are going out of control, they can contact support and request that their account be suspended for a specific period. This can be set anywhere from 24 hours to permanently.

bitbet reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
12.2 Effective Date
Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication. The previous terms and conditions will automatically become void. Members can always view the latest terms and conditions on this page.
